From year 2008/2009, following the implementation of bachelor's degrees pursuant to Official Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, students entering Universidad Europea de Madrid or who are enrolled for current degree programs (5 and 3-year bachelors, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (3 years), technical engineering) will be subject to the planned termination of the previous university curricula.
The current curricula for 3 and 5-year degree programs, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (3 years) and technical engineering will be phased out year by year during the next academic years starting from the implantation of the 4-year bachelor's degree.
Students not passing the studies corresponding to the prior university curriculum in accordance with the termination calendar may access the 4-year bachelor's degree following the respective adaptation procedure.
Likewise, the termination plan applies to 5 and 3-year bachelor degrees and engineering programs which, from year 2008/2009 will not offer a first year program.
