Universidad Europea students sign up to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the UN

Over 30 companies and NGOs involved in achieving the SDGs visited the Universidad Europea to raise awareness among the university community

On May 17, the Universidad Europea hosted a seminar to raise awareness among students on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations for 2030. With this purpose in mind, a fair was organized with 17 stands manned by over 30 companies and NGOs to show students what the SDGs are.

At the same time, the Vice-President of the Spanish Committee for UNICEF, Juan José Almagro, opened and took part in a round table “Business and future professionals, keys in the United Nations 2030 agenda”, and a debate was held on the different strategies implemented by companies to contribute to achieving the SDGs, with the participation of Accenture, Deloitte, Leroy Merlin and Linkedin.
