The Universidad Europea has published the names of the ten students who have obtained a scholarship to study the Dual Degree in Sports Science and Exercise and Physical Therapy thanks to the “Top 10 of Sports Science” initiative, a unique scholarship program combining top-level training, applied research and the development of talent and skills.
After three days of activities and tests in a high-performance environment at the Universidad Europea Villaviciosa de Odón Campus, Gabriel Ayuso, Gonzalo Castellanos Pintado, Ismael Esteban García, Enrique Fernández Luna, Salvador Gómez, Marcos González Fernández, Pol Pueyo Sola, Rocío Llorente, Julio Mateo Peralta and María Rosado Muñoz were selected from 30 candidates by a panel comprised of renowned athletes, professors and researchers.
The students, who received the scholarships at the closing ceremony of the program, will receive a grant for 80% of their training, have the chance to take part in research projects, have a personal mentor to accompany them throughout their training and take part in the Top Program, which will enrich their personal and professional training
