On June 17 and 18 in Madrid Universidad Europea took part in the first edition of DRAWING EDucation, an event born out of the work of Fundación Créate, a non-profit organization that since 2011 has organized educational programs with teachers, focused on developing the creative potential of children and teens, their self-confidence and their abilities to solve problems and take risks.

Specifically, during the conference on June 18, Universidad Europea rector Isabel Fernández moderated a round table on Best Practices, the finishing touch at an event that brought the education community together in Madrid for two days.

For Isabel Fernández, “It was very satisfying and an honor that the Fundación Créate had Universidad Europea participating in an initiative like DRAWING ED, an event that is inspiring and constructive for the entire education community. We signed up fully aware of its big contribution to defining the future of education in a hyperconnected and changing world.”

The event DRAWING ED was born out of the current challenge facing education: how to awaken and maintain enthusiasm for learning. The event turned into the meeting point for the entire education community, experts and scientists who analyzed and shared new teaching models and best practices to revive enthusiasm in the classroom.
