Universidad Europea holds the Master Class “The Boom in Assisted Reproduction”

The market is increasingly looking for professionals specializing in assisted reproduction. The Master’s Degree in Biology and Technology for Assisted Human Reproduction meets this need

On June 29, the Universidad Europea presented its Master’s Degree in Biology and Technology for Assisted Human Reproduction, developed in partnership with the Valencian Infertility Institute (IVI). During the presentation of this new graduate degree, the Villaviciosa de Odón campus held a Master Class on “The Boom in Assisted Reproduction”, directed by Elisa Agudo, deputy dean of Training and Biotechnology at the Universidad Europea.

As María Cruz Palomino, assistant biologist in the medical division of IVI Madrid, explained during her participation in the Master Class, “women put off having children while they develop their careers, and after the age of 40 the chances of getting pregnant plummet”. This means that “the market is always looking for more professionals specializing in assisted reproduction”.

The Master’s Degree in Biology and Technology for Assisted Human Reproduction responds to this situation with a program specifically designed to meet this growing demand. The teaching staff includes top-level professionals and students get a high proportion of practical classes (500 hours).
