Universidad Europea de Valencia presents at the conference on educational innovation in Florence

José Martí and Antonio Sánchez Mena shared their knowledge on Gamification applied to higher education, a subject in which both are specialists

Universidad Europea de Valencia members José Martí and Antonio Sánchez Mena participated in the sixth edition of the International Conference “The Future of Education” held from June 30 to July 1 in Florence.

The two educators’ presentation covered “Gamification in higher education: Keys and barriers for professors”, an area where both are specialists and about which they have made many speeches at different international forums. Additionally, Professor José Martí, director of the Master's Degree in Education at Universidad Europea de Valencia, is co-author of an essay on this subject published by Universidad Europea de Valencia and related to educational innovation; the publication has won an award and grant from Laureate International Universities.

The International Conference “The Future of Education” aims to promote transnational cooperation and share best practices in the field of educational innovation.
