Universidad Europea and Ayudan en Acción partner to offer volunteering activities to students

The two projects, LECXIT and El ensayadero, are innovative educational activities that aim to break down cultural, educational and social barriers

Universidad Europea, within the framework of integration and promotion of the Here For Good philosophy, has established an alliance with the organization Ayuda en Acción, which consists of promoting two projects aimed at breaking down economic, educational and social barriers.

The aim of this agreement is to encourage volunteering among our students so that they can have a positive impact on society. By taking part, they will support children and their families at risk of social exclusion to achieve their aspirations. Below are the innovative educational activities aimed at students of Universidad Europea:

‘LECXIT’ project: seeks to create a reading space between the volunteers and children by encouraging dialog on read content. The students will have to dedicate one hour in the afternoon, one day a week.

‘El ensayadero’ project: this is an after-school educational project that creates bands with groups of five or six members. The volunteers will support the children and will have to dedicate two hours in the afternoon on one day a week.
