The Nursing Degree Program says farewell to the class of 2012/16

During the traditional ceremony, students, faculty members and management staff from the Nursing Department shared their experiences and took stock of these four years

The traditional farewell ceremony of the Universidad Europea Nursing Degree  class  was held at the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus on May 25. This time it was for the class of 2012/16.

The event was attended by Sara Gasco González, from the Official Association of Nurses of Madrid; and María Victoria Crespo Torres, manager of Nursing Talent and Development at Quirónsalud. The students were represented at the main table by the 4th year delegate, a former student who offered a nurse’s perspective during her first year of work.

During the event, management staff from the Nursing Department, faculty members and students shared their experiences and took stock of their time at the university. The finishing touch was a reading of the opinion piece “Eres real” (You’re real), written by journalist Ana Pastor, based on her perception of the work of nurses as professionals who offer much more than is required of them.
