To request whether your studies can be convalidated in a simple, free and non-binding way, at Universidad Europea de Madrid you can find our online tool that offers you a personalized service indicating the subjects that will be convalidated. You can also access through the following link.
Just follow the steps indicated and within approximately one week you will receive the result via email. Any questions related to convalidations can be sent to email@example.com
Documentation necessary to carry out a convalidation assessment: Academic certificate of the degree(s).
*The convalidation study is indicative. It will not have official validity until all the information is on file and the approved by the Dean of the Faculty.
You can submit your application for admission to the university from February 23 to July 20.

Once we have received your application with the corresponding documentation, we will send you the instructions and passwords with the steps to follow to take the English test:

3. Once you click on Save and Continue, an orange button with the word 'GO' will appear. As soon as you click on this button, you will have 50 minutes to perform the test. In the top right you will see a counter that indicates the time remaining to complete the test.
Remember there is a listening part to the test, so you will need to have audio on your device enabled.
As of July 31, you can check the outcome of your application. The result will not be communicated by phone or email. For this, you will have to register with your ID (or passport if you are from another country) through the following link.
The published result may not be contested.
- MAKE THE PAYMENT OF € 2,910 (Place reservation: € 2140 and File opening: € 770). To take up your place, if you are one of the admitted candidates to study the Degree in Medicine, you will have a period of 7 days working days to make the payment, counting from the day following the publication of the final results on the web.

In no case will the place reservation fees be returned.
- CONFIRM THE REGISTRATION by filling in the registration forms and bank details of the registration envelope, which will be delivered to you on the day you perform the face-to-face selection tests, and send / deliver it:
In the event the student has been admitted, but for whatever reason can not confirm ther enrollment, they must communicate this in writing via an email to email@example.com to the attention of the Department of Attention and Admission of New Students of Universidad Europea de Madrid in order to cancel their admission and their place.
In no case will the amounts of reservation fee and opening of file be returned.
Once the period has elapsed without the candidate having proceeded to carry out the registration confirmation, his or her place will automatically be offered to other candidates on the waiting list in accordance with the order determined by the Evaluation Board.
Candidates on the waiting list who were contacted by the New Student Admission Department to accept one of the places not occupied, will have a period of 5 calendar days from communication to pay the amount of the reservation of place, opening of file and first monthly payment.
The number of places will depend on each course.
Students who transfer will be ordered according to the vacant places existing in each course and if several students compete for the same vacant place, they will be ordered, by average grade of the academic record.
Admission will be evaluated with the following criteria:
The number of places offered for students of the Faculty of Biomedical and Health Sciences of the UEM who wish to carry out these studies represents 8% of the total offered in Medicine. There will be a maximum of 16 places.
Those UEM students who have the highest number of validated ECTS of the degree program in Medicine based on the recognition criteria established by the Faculty for said degree will have priority in access by transfer to the Degree in Medicine. In the event of a tie, this will be settled by an average grade from the academic record.
