The Master in Creative Music Production is born

27 may 2016

The producer's work is key to any musical project: his or her profile is that of an expert who is able to coordinate and focus musicians' and technicians' work in order to capture their ideas and musical creativity in a finished product. Aware of this, Universidad Europea is launching its Master in Creative Music Production, an innovative degree program that includes renowned professionals from the music industry in its faculty.

Directed by the musician, composer, and music producer Abel Hernández and by composer, producer, and arranger José Sánchez Sanz, the faculty is rounded out by a wide-ranging and very heterogeneous group of renowned sector professionals who will share their experience with students through real cases. The more than 30 faculty members include the musician, music producer, composer, and DJ Carlos Jean; composers and music producers such as Paco Ortega, Raül Fernández “Refree,” Guille Mostaza, and David D_Unison; and experts in creative recording and mastering such as Luca Petricca, Pablo Pulido, and Juan Hidalgo.

This is a private degree from the Universidad Europea designed for both graduates in the fields of Audiovisual Communication, Music Composition, Music and Sound Engineering, and musicians who are interested in producing and self-producing who do not hold a degree but would like to become professionals, as well as sector professionals who would like to broaden their knowledge and creativity within the work environment. With a duration of 60 ECTS (500 hours), the first edition of this program will run from this October to June 2017.
