Students of the Master's Degree in Advanced Oral Implantology will visit New York University in June

During their stay they will receive classes from leading professors in the field.

Students of the Master's Degree in Advanced Oral Implantology at Universidad Europea will study abroad at New York University in June. This is the second time this initiative has been undertaken, allowing students to learn about the latest innovations in the field of implantology.

According to the director of the University Europea Master's Degree in Advanced Oral Implantology, Jaime Jiménez, who is also an adjunct professor in the Periodontics and Implants Department of New York University, this trip is “an excellent opportunity to receive classes from leading professors in the field who are members of the faculty of this university.” “Our students will have the opportunity to share experiences with prestigious doctors like Professor Ziv Mazor and Doctors Stephen Chu, Dean Vafiadis, George E. Romanos and Estephen Wallace, just to name a few,” he added.

Moreover, the students will have the opportunity to get an official certificate from New York University –the Current Concepts in American Dentistry– if they argue a clinical case before a defense panel comprised of professors from the university.

In the words of former Master's student Carmen Adesso, “the trip to New York University changes everything.” “In addition to getting to know global leaders in the field of implantology, who tell us about the latest innovations, the experience strengthens the bonds of the group, making it an unforgettable time,” she added.
