On each Universidad Europea campus there is a Student Services team ready to answer your queries and offer you help and advice on any administrative procedure you need to complete. You can contact us:

1. By phone ( 91.414.66.11922.985.006/21) at the following times:

   - Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
   - August and Christmas: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

2. By sending us your query online via Instancia General Online.
3. In person on campus at the following times:

   - Casas Salazar Campus
   Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m 
   August and Christmas: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Library

The Dulce Chacón Library has all the resources necessary to provide our students an excellent education. It also offers all Universidad Europea students access to digital publications via their username and password.

In the study rooms, Universidad Europea students will find the right setting in which to concentrate and make the most of the time they devote to studying.

Laboratories

Universidad Europea is equipped with cutting-edge facilities: each area of study has its own specific laboratories for practical work and clinical practice sessions, including labs for: media planning, cinema, sound, photography, computer graphics and multimedia, dentistry, podiatry, optometry, exercise physiology, physical therapy, nursing, anatomy and histology, and biomedicine/ biopathology R&D&I.

University card

The University Card is a smart card that accredits you as a Universidad Europea student. Your card is personal and non-transferable and does not need to be renewed annually. It contains your full name, student number, and a photo.

IT Departament

Universidad Europea’s Information and Communication Technologies Department is in charge of all the IT services available to our students: campus virtual, wireless network, cable network setup, online academic operations and student webmail service.
