The trips are designed to be educational and to extend students' learning “in situ”, including classes, lectures and visits to sports venues. With the distance study mode, the trips are optional. Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the price, and the trip to New York will require an additional enrollment fee of €1,000.

About MBA - Master’s Degree in Sports Management (100% Digital)
On completing the Master's Degree, students will receive the official title of Máster Universitario MBA en Dirección de Entidades Deportivas from Universidad Europea de Madrid.
The Real Madrid Graduate School – Universidad Europea is a Universidad Europea de Madrid school empowered to award the University's private degrees, in accordance with Article 34 of the Organic Law on Universities. It also collaborates in the teaching of accredited degrees, as scheduled in the curriculum.

Online teaching methodology is the training of the future and one of the best tools for learning. In this case, students have a faculty working with them in real time on the platform. The Universidad Europea de Madrid has designed its Internal Quality Assurance System according to the directives of Spain's National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA), as a structural basis to ensure the quality of the new accredited degrees, in line with the quality directives of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA) and Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April, amending Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, on Universities.
NetUEM: The aim of the Universidad Europea de Madrid is to boost the use of information and communication technologies on all its degree programs as a means of supporting and complementing teaching practice. The use of a Virtual Campus, developed on the Moodle platform as a complementary tool for working, increases the options for distributing knowledge and for communications between students and professors, making it easier to provide personalized attention and monitoring through virtual tutoring sessions, encouraging independent learning, enhancing student skills such as searching for and organizing information, planning and the capacity for debate.
The Online Campus is integrated into the UEM's academic management system, which means that all teachers who have uploaded courses to it have automatic access to a virtual space on the Moodle platform associated with each course. Also, every student enrolled in a degree program will be linked in with the courses they have signed up for on the Online Campus.
Using the Online Campus to provide students with documents in electronic format, to enable students to submit assignments in an organized and timely manner, to communicate with students on a particular course in a fast and efficient way and to carry out individual and group tasks (wikis, forums, chats, queries, etc.), enables teachers to perform their role in a fast and dynamic way and to establish an alternative means of communicating with students outside the classroom.
Throughout this process, teachers are provided with institutional support, with access to class-based and online training courses. Each faculty also has a mentor who can advise and help teachers with matters such as technical aspects of using the platform and adapting their subject matter to the virtual environment.
During their time in Madrid, students can use the classrooms, computer rooms and auditorium of the Alcobendas campus.
As well as the classrooms and lecture halls, there are meeting rooms for independent and group work and a computer room which is available for students to use at any time during campus working hours.
This cutting-edge campus, on a 13,000 square meter plot, has a capacity of 3,000 people and is equipped with the latest technology applied to the transmission of ideas and knowledge, in an exceptional location:

Villaviciosa de Odón Campus
The Villaviciosa campus has four buildings equipped with all the facilities you will need to make the most of your studies: classrooms, tutoring rooms, simulation rooms, computer rooms, radio and television studios with the latest technology, workshops, architecture classrooms and research laboratories. It has a Sports Complex which has specialized rooms and areas for practicing different disciplines, and cutting-edge laboratories for studying motor skills, exercise physiology and the biomechanics of movement.
To ensure that people with disabilities are able to access the facilities, amenities and services, regardless of the nature of their disability, improvements have been carried out to progressively remove all architectural and communication barriers.
MATERIAL RESOURCES AND SERVICES
THE DULCE CHACÓN LIBRARY: The library of the Universidad Europea de Madrid is a learning resource center, the mission of which is to provide all members of the university community with a high quality service that meets their training, information and documentation needs in the undertaking of their activities. It currently has 80,000 volumes in its bibliographic collection, a periodical collection with 1,100 titles, an audiovisual collection with 3,400 videos and DVDs, 780 reading stations and a digital library that covers the different areas of knowledge. Furthermore, the Dulce Chacón Library web page is now fully accessible to all users. It has Level AAA Conformance to WAI Web Accessibility Guidelines.
THE UNIVERSITY SPORTS COMPLEX (Villaviciosa de Odón Campus): The university's most cutting edge facilities are at the Villaviciosa campus, where it has 14,000 m2 of sports facilities, reflecting the importance given to the educational value of sport. The facilities include: fitness room, heated pool, multi-sports pavilion, tennis courts, football pitch with artificial turf, athletics track, etc.
THE LABORATORIES: The university has laboratories where students carry out practical research projects related to each of their specialist subjects. The laboratories are equipped with the instruments and IT equipment needed to meet the demands associated with each of the practical objectives of each training program.
The UEM Lab: At the UEM, English as a second language is a key part of the training we offer our students. One of the main learning tools is the UEM Lab, equipped with an advanced multimedia system that enables students to quickly improve their English language skills and allows for personalized monitoring of students' progress, which is complemented with classroom lessons, tutorials and complementary activities. Students also have access to a wide range of extracurricular English language activities which are offered periodically over the course of the academic year.

Internship application procedure:
1st. Students must ensure they are enrolled in the internship course. Once they are enrolled in the course, they will be assigned an internship advisor who will supervise them during their time in the company.
2nd. They must attend the meetings where they will be given information about the internships and introduced to their internship adviser.
3rd. They must attend the mandatory professional orientation sessions at the GOE, where they will be given information on creating a winning resume and dealing with selection processes. These meetings will be coordinated by the course coordinator.
4th. They must register in the University's platform for internships and employment: http://uem.trabajando.es/loginpage-uem.
NOTE: Students who prefer to choose their own internships must follow these steps: a) Contact the internship adviser to confirm whether the internship meets the educational goals of your course. b) If this is confirmed, the adviser will contact the company to agree on the details and provide contact information to the GOE so that the department can process the necessary documentation.
Each year all the programs are revised and more than 30 new graduate courses are introduced, including new Certificate Courses which meet the needs of the job market, adapted to suit the real world of work and at the cutting edge of each profession.
Training in Certificate Courses is complemented by skills workshops, seminars with top-ranking professionals, and current case studies with excellent facilities for the necessary practical work.
The Graduate School enhances students' research skills with the Certificate Course final projects.
