Last weekend in the Villaviciosa de Odón Campus, one of the most important events of the Masters in Training and Sports Nutrition of the school year 2016-2017 took place.
Among the presenters you could find: Javier Mallo, Physical trainer of the Real Madrid F.C. team, Jean-Benoît Morin, expert in Sports Training and Professor at the Nice University; Carlos Balsalobre, professional of the industry and Professor at the Universidad Europea, Bret Contreras, the most relevant expert in gluts training in the world; David Marchante, Director of the Power Explosive and Guinness Record holder and Juan del Coso, Director of the laboratory of Exercise Physiology.
After the talks, each of the guests held a round of questions and answers, where the attendees to the symposium where able to ask the professionals a few questions.
Two intense days where the attendees were able to learn about training systems in professional football teams, the optimisation of strength training or how to improve fat burn during exercise.
This even has been conducted with the collaboration from the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association), one of the most prestigious institutions in the sphere of physical sports training at a global level.
This is just one example of the different activities that the Masters In Training and Sports Nutrition from the Real Madrid Graduate School - Universidad Europea offers to its students, in order to help them to learn about the most relevant training systems, the latest trends in sports nutrition and the different ways to improve performance when practicing sports.
