Online General Enquiries is the application that allows you to send us any query, request and complaint you may have so that we can deal with it as quickly as possible.

Enquiries, requests and complaints

Available since September 29, 2014, the latest version of the Online General Enquiries application will speed up the processing of any query, request or complaint.

This new version is more intuitive and user-friendly, and its improved processing capabilities will make it easier for us to identify and resolve each case more efficiently. As well as maintaining the tracking and log file check functions, we have added others such as a feedback questionnaire, where we ask you to evaluate our service so that we can continue to improve.

Remember that you can also come and speak to us in person at our campuses in Villaviciosa and Alcobendas, between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. from Monday to Friday, and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays, or call us on: 902232350 (select option 2).
