This programme is specifically aimed at university graduates of varied fields who are interested in developing a role in business management. It is also aimed at those professionals who are interested in taking on innovation challenges and continuing their professional development throughout their careers.

Official Spanish university degree or other degree issued by a higher education centre belonging to another country in the European Higher Education Area.

Degrees issued in accordance with educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area do not need to be officially recognised, as long as the University can ascertain that the level of study is equivalent to the corresponding official university degree in Spain and allows access in the home country to postgraduate studies. Access through this channel is not, in any case, an official recognition of the previous university degree in Spain nor is it recognising anything other than access to this master’s degree.

Students must have English level B2 CEFR or equivalent.

Doctor in Economics and Business, Executive MBA, IESE and Telecommunications Engineer. Founder of several entrepreneu-rial initiatives, combines his role as a consultant and general manager of companies with his teaching and research work. His main research focus is on Artificial Intelligence Ethics.

    Twenty years of experience in marketing departments, in FMCG companies; Colgate, - as manager for the NB brands, Colgate brushes and Plax rinse, Ediciones SM, Grupo SOS. His last position being International Marketing Manager at Deoleo. He has been responsible for both strategic decisions and the variables of the marketing mix of the products for which he is responsible in brands such as Cuétara, Arroz SOS, Carbonell, Koipe, Barco de Vapor. Preparation and implementation of annual marketing plans, both national and international.
  • Dr. Isidro Sánchez-Crespo
    PhD in Marketing. Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Staffordshire University (United Kingdom) and Higher Degree in Marketing and Public Relations. MBA-Master of Business Administration and Official master’s in marketing. Professor for the Analysis of the Environment and Strategy, Commercial Management, and master’s thesis modules. Since 2009 he has been CEO of The Sensory Lab, a company that has been dedicated to Customer Experience and Sensory Marketing for more than 50 years, with a presence in more than 77 countries. He has been Commercial Director of Multipark Madrid and Marketing and Commercial Director of Telemadrid and Onda Madrid. In addition, he has held the position of Product Manager and Head of External Relations of the sports newspaper Marca, the financial newspaper Expansión, and the magazine Telva, all of which form part of the Recoletos Communication Group.
  • Dr. Antonio de la Torre
    DhP in Economic and Business Sciences from Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He has a degree in Psychology and has taken courses in Advanced Logistics and Management of International Programs in the United States. He has extensive experience in operational matters, working as head of international programs at the Embassy of Spain in the United States, Logistics Officer at the United Nations and as Deputy Director of Production at Lucent Technologies Microelectronics. He currently has an export company, advises various organisations on operational issues and teaches postgraduate courses at several business schools.
  • Paola Olmedo
    More than 25 years of experience in human resources, people and talent management, communication, personal development, in the fields of business, consulting, as well as in executive coaching and social and ontological coaching. She has been a speaker at forums and talks at Universities and International Business Schools in the United Kingdom, the United States and Spain, in search of global talent. She speaks Spanish, English and German. Her career has seen her take on different roles including: Director of Human Resources and Communication, Director of Talent, Director of Selection and Director of Management at IBEX 35 companies, among others. She is currently an expert coach in accompanying executives and directors in multinational companies, as well as a Professor at Universidad Europea for postgraduate students in the subject of general management of the master’s in business administration for the English and Spanish editions.
  • Dr. Jorge López Cifre
    PhD of Economics (2016), with more than 25 years of experience in the private sector. He has held management positions for five years, worked as a consultant for six years, and in management positions for eight years, becoming the General Director of a company specialising in hydrocolloids. He created a commercial network that covers the five continents, through alliances and strategic agreements. Native English-Spanish bilingual, he has a passion for marketing, he is focused on creating a new type of education that is more useful for the 21st century, where the student moves from his traditionally passive role to a 100% active one. Under the principle of "learning by doing" he teaches in a very intuitive and simple way what at first glance might seem complex and incomprehensible.
  • Dra. Patricia Soriano
    PhD in Economic and Business Sciences. She has more than 15 years of teaching experience in undergraduate, postgraduate and internal company training. She has a degree in business administration and management. She expanded her studies with a research master's degree in economics and business. In the university field, she combines undergraduate and postgraduate teaching with the coordination and management of various postgraduate programs, coordination of subjects, and oversees students writing their thesis. Subjects taught include auditing, introduction to accounting, financial accounting, consolidation of financial statements, and accounting regulations for annual accounts in Spain. Her research areas are: Big Data applied to the world of transactions and financial analysis of annual accounts; impact of the use of analytics, social media in the financial statements; auditing and limits of creative accounting; retail food distribution sector. In the professional field, she began her career as an auditor at Deloitte (Madrid) where she carried out the financial audit of national and international clients. She participated in management and environmental audits. She currently works in the Transaction Advisory Services department of EY TAS Madrid where she is dedicated, among other tasks, to project origination management, financial control/monitoring, coordination with other lines of the firm, as well as productivity analysis and client sector allocation, CRM management, and corporate database control.
  • Dr. Ángel Andreu
    PhD of Industrial Engineering and MIB by INSEAD / EOI, he is currently a consultant in industrial and manufacturing companies (INHISA group) and leads companies advising, implementing, and launching technological projects and market development (A2A Solutions). He has been a manager in the public sector (INI National Institute of Industry, European Commission-DG XXIII, Inespal group, Foarsa, Sodican) and private sector, both in national and international or corporate positions (PwC SCG, Lucas Varity Corp, Yves Rocher, Office Depo...). He has more than 20 years of teaching experience and as director of programs and professor in international universities and business schools: he currently collaborates with Universidad Europea Madrid as a professor in areas of operations and finances.
  • Dr. Alejandro de Pablo Cabrera
    PhD cum laude in Business Economics from the Rey Juan Carlos University, and Bachelor of Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the area of marketing and business at different universities and business schools. He is currently a mentor and advisor for entrepreneurs. He has more than 25 years of professional experience working in national and multinational companies, mainly in the areas of Marketing, Sales and Business Development. The various sectors in which he has worked include beverages (Coca-Cola), entertainment (Disney), media (Grupo Prisa, Antena3, Fox and National Geographic), and education (Ideal Education Group). He additionally has a great digital experience, having developed two start-ups and selling digital content within Spain and Latin America.
  • Dra. María del Socorro Aparicio Sánchez
    PhD in Economic and Business Sciences. She has extensive experience in the implementation of the European Higher Education Area (She has taught subjects on degrees at UC3M, at UCM and at UEM). Experience in e-learning, with platforms such as Moodle or Blackboard. Experience in teaching at university level. More than 10 years of experience in advising and training companies in the areas of finance and marketing.
