What Study Abroad programs can I attend?

Universidad Europea has a broad portfolio of Study Abroad programs in different academic areas, both in English and Spanish.

We offer the Study Abroad programs in four areas of knowledge:

  • Architecture
  • Business
  • Communication
  • Sport/ Sport Management

The number of subjects and ECTS credits for each Study abroad program is designed based on the duration of studies:

From January to March 3 classes 18 ECTS credits
From April to June 3 classes 18 ECTS credits

Study Abroad programs are currently being offered at our impressive Villaviciosa de Odón campus , located just outside Spain's capital city of Madrid.

Application deadlines

The application deadlines for enrolling in a Study Abroad program are as follows:

  • First quarter: Until September 1
  • Second quarter: Until January 1
  • Third quarter: Until April 1

To enroll in a Study Abroad program, you must:

Step 2:

Make a transfer/ deposit to the University Europea de Madrid bank account for the Study Abroad cost. The payment of the Study Abroad program must be done at least one month before the start of the program.

In order to facilitate your payment Universidad Europea has partnered with peerTransfer/flywire. This allows you to pay securely from any country and any bank, generally in your home currency.

To begin the payment process

Step 3:

Send the following documentation to study.abroad@universidadeuropea.es:

  • Study Abroad Application, completed and signed
  • Photocopy of your passport
  • Payment transfer slip (except if your home university has an agreement with Universidad Europea whereby your university pays your enrollment fees)
  • Letter of application or CV

Cost of the programs

The price of each program depends on the period in which it is offered:

Tuition Fees: The price of each program depends on the period in which the program is being offered (language classes not included):

  • First quarter (September - December) - 24 ECTS Credits (4 classes) €3192*
  • Second quarter (January - March) - 18 ECTS credits (3 classes) €2394*
  • Third quarter (April - June) - 18 ECTS credits (3 classes) €2394*

* As the second and third quarter study periods are shorter than that of the first quarter period, the number of credits earned and the prices are different. When you arrive on campus you can also enroll in an English or Spanish language course worth 6 ECTS credits, which is not included in the price and which you must sign up for and pay for separately from the Study Abroad program

Accommodation

The Universidad Europea's Leonardo Da Vinci Student Dormitories are designed to provide housing for students enrolled at the University in Villaviciosa de Odón Campus.

Terms

Universidad Europea reserves the right to cancel or delay the start of a program if the minimum number of students is not reached. It also reserves the right to change the location and campus where it is taught. Additionally, the University reserves the right to make changes to the courses offered in each program, but undertakes to maintain the total number of credits for the programs.
