Information on Grants to study at Universidad Europea

At Universidad Europea you will be able to choose from the series of grants we offer those that adjusto to your circumstances. Scholarships from Universidad Europea are submitted to fiscal legislation in force.

UNIVERSIDAD EUROPEA GRANT

Those new students with an excellent academic record and low income level will are eligible for a scholarhip from our university according to the Regulation of Application of Grants valid each academic year.

APPLICATION DEADLINE

From 30 May to 30 September.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

  • Grant application form.
  • Certified photocopy of academic record.
  • Certified photocopy of Income Tax Declaration, together with Patrimony Tax Declaration of parents and people economically in charge ot the student, from the last fiscal year.

No grant application without any of the required documents will be processed. To obtain the grant students must overcome with success the enrollment process in Universidad Europea.

Once granted with the grant, students will have a deadline of 5 working days from the reception of the positive communication to fulfill the enrollment. Once lapsed this time limit without that fulfillment they will lose the grant.

For students enrolled in Universidad Europea in the academic year 12/13, the term will last from 15 June 2013 to 14 July 2013.

For students enrolled in HCAP degrees the term will end by 30 September 2013.

GRANT FOR THE EUROPEAN CAREER COLLEGE OF MADRID

For students enrolling in a Technical Study at Universidad Europea de Madrid.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

  • Grant application form.
  • Certified photocopy of Income Tax Declaration, together with Patrimony Tax Declaration of parents and people economically in charge ot the student, from the last fiscal year.

No grant application without any of the required documents will be processed. To obtain the grant students must overcome with success the enrollment process in Universidad Europea.

APPLICATION TERM

  • From 1 June to 30 September for students of New Enrollment in the Technical Study.
  • From 15 June to 14 July for students enrolled in the previous academic year in any of the Technical Studies.

Applications must be submitted in the Student Care Area in the Hall of B building.

OFFICIAL GRANT OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE

The Ministry of Education and Science offers the following Grants system:

  • Movility and General Grants for university students studying inside or outside of their home Autonomous Community.
  • Movility and General Grants for Technical and Vocational Studies.

GRANTS OF THE AUTONOMOUS COMMUNITY OF MADRID

For students with an excellent academic record "Becas de Excelencia".

APPLICATIONS

Applications must be submitted to the "Dirección General de Universidades e Investigación".

BASQUE GOVERNMENT GRANTS

These grants are intended for all students who are residents for administrative purposes in the Basque Country carrying out university or higher education studies in centres located in this Autonomous Community or any other part of Spain.

BECAS SANTANDER

All grants are taxed as an ordinary revenue. Grants have a fiscal retention of between 2% and 24.75% depending on the granted sum and the fiscal status of the beneficiary. Retention reduces the net sum of the grant.

Universidad Europea international Baccalaureate (IB) Grants

Universidad Europea de Madrid offers a number of scholarships to high performance IB students. Students who have earned the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma with a total score of 38 or higher (or a grade of 7 on at least two Higher Level examinations) may qualify for one of our scholarships. High performance students wishing to qualify for a scholarship should request that their IB Diploma Programme coordinator send an official IB transcript and a letter of recommendation directly to Universidad Europea de Madrid.
